PRODUCT:       Edible Lactose (Custom Mesh sizes Available from 40 to 200)

DESCRIPTION:  Lactose is produced at First District Association in Litchfield, Minnesota. Lactose is alpha lactose monohydrate. Lactose is a fine, non-hydroscopic, free flowing, white to light cream colored product with a bland, slightly sweet flavor.

Shelf Life / Storage Conditions: It is recommended to store edible lactose in a clean, cool (<80df), low humidity (<65% RH) environment for maximum shelf life. Stocks should be rotated and consumed within 90 days. To minimize compression, product should not be stacked more than two pallets high.
