First District produces a wide variety of different types of cheese for all types of applications.  We produce both 500# barrels and 40# blocks. We will meet all customers individual specifications.

Currently produce Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese. Our cheese is used in the following products and processes:

• Process cheese products
• Shredded
• Sauce cheese
• Long hold cold pak
• Drying
